In Mechanica FEM Mode (WF2) I want to analyse a tapered beam using beam idealizations. I created the beam with two different sections at both ends of the beam. I have configured ANSYS as solver but the problem is that under the Analysis menu fem solve is disabled. It enables only if I mesh the solid but in my case there is no solid.


How to solve this problem.
