Often there are requests for help or information regarding
installation or operational problems.
Patient forum members give detailed suggestions & valuable solutions as to how issues could possibly be resolved.
From my limited experience with this website, there is not enough detailed feedback from many requesters to advise whether the problems are resolved,& how they were resoloved.
By having a detailed post mortem, all members will benefit.
