feed methods?

Your .psd file is in a proprietary file format. Photoshop.

Not everybody would be able to open this.

It would be better to extract the same image and paste it in-line using the image paste buttons.

The first a) is just a loop fed with balanced transmission line. Nothing complicated.

The second b) seems to be just a (thicker) loop fed at the top with coax snuck through one arm.

The diagram for b) lacks detail. At first I thought it might be a shielded loop, but on closer inspection it's not. There's a good discussion of shielded loops here, for ref. But it's not that.
 
Feed b) will radiate from the outer jacket of the cable. Hence it will affect your antenna pattern. Feed a) needs a balun to make it work normally.
