FCC or CE

We are working on a walkie talkie. I heard USA needs FCC only and Europe countries only needs CE. Is it true?

I thought USA needs both CE and FCC.

Is there a list online I can check FCC is required by which countries and CE is required by which countries?

USA needs FCC. Canada can use FCC or CE (ETSI). Europe needs CE. Luckily the standards are harmonized so if you meet CE you meet FCC (last I checked the opposite wasn't true).
