I need to run Qualification FCAW Shielf Shielded for TKY joint.material API 5L X 65. No impact required for this project
we have a doubt to run the qualification, like how to make a root ? I am thinking I will make combination SMAW+FCAW or GMAW + FCAW
but AWS d1.1 this is gray area. code note allow to combine welding process ?
another question we never have an experience run TKY with FCAW SS , we always using SMAW for TKY. so would you provide some advice
for this ?
