FCAW on SS316L low temp vessel 1

New vessel, designed for low temp (-29C), made of SA 240-316L. Is the FCAW adversely affecting the fabrication in any way?

No, not under your stated temperature conditions. Because of the high deposition rates and heat input, carefully monitor and abide by the interpass temperature requirements in your WPS.
