I am working within Fiat/Chrysler Teamcenter creating a drawing. Does anybody know why when I try to Edit-Format Block-Fields, that this option is not available to me. I have used this many times in the past, but now for some reason when I select Edit, the Format Block option is not available. (see attached for clarification)

It looks like Fiat/Chrysler have a toolkit for NX (like some other large organisations).
Could it be under a new menu item (like the image)
