Who have experience with faulty TLE6220.
Very recently (last month) we have a lot of faulty TLE6220 (Smart Quad Low Side Switch). Some or all outputs are either constantly On of Off. We are using a number of 50K+ devices each year.

Thanks in advance

Sounds like it is being miss applied or hung out to dry. What are you controlling with the buggers?

I would be looking for inductive kicks toasting them. Or they are being cooked due to over heating.

Could they(not looking at a data sheet) be having soldering failures so that they are able to conduct their heat into the board or something?

Be useful to see a picture of the board and that part of the schematic.

Have you asked your supplier to forward the devices for failure analysis or to provide application support ?
