Very recently (last month) we have a lot of faulty TLE6220 (Smart Quad Low Side Switch). Some or all outputs are either constantly On of Off. We are using a number of 50K+ devices each year. I would be looking for inductive kicks toasting them. Or they are being cooked due to over heating. Could they(not looking at a data sheet) be having soldering failures so that they are able to conduct their heat into the board or something?
