I am trying to design a structure that has an 8ton bridge crane inside. I haven't designed one of these in quite a few years (at least 7-8 years).

The structure is actually an addition to an existing building built 15 years ago by my former boss. The original building has a similar 8ton bridge crane inside. Running some quick numbers I am getting the same answers for member sizes that he did 15 year ago. I am now trying to mimic his crane bracket size. I remember going through a fatigue analysis when designing the brackets. In the 9th edition they had a fatigue case that was a tab plate with an applied moment and shear (case #21). I can't seem to find this fatigue case in Appendix 3 of the AISC 13th edition. What load case would I use in the 13th edition to mimic the old case #21 in the 9th edition?
