Who can tell me the fatigue limit of high-cycle or low-cycle on material 4140 or Jis scm440 or 42CrmS4. Thank you in advance.

First we need to know what the shape is, second, we need to know what the yield strength is, third we determine yield strength if the material is heat treated, fourth how is it loaded? Is it a static load (no movement just constant pressure)? (or incremental pressure?), or is it dynamic (friction loaded)? In other words how is it being cycled?
