In appendix 3 "Design for Fatigue" in ANSI/AISC 360-10 which I find in the 14th edition steel manual, Table A-3.1 (starting on page 16.1-198) has only one section for connected material in mechanically fastened joints. In this section 2, what would be the Cf constant or the stress category applicable for the top flange of a wide flange crane support girder with a riveted cap channel? Does not look as though there are any applicable to this situation.
