Is it possible to perform a Fatigue analysis with the Generative Structural Analysis workbench?
That is applying low-level load cycles and application of some metal fatigue theory.

I only see Static Case, Frequency Case, Buckling Case, and Combined Case.
There is also Static Constrained Modes, Preprocessing Case, Solution Case, and Envelope Case. I have no idea what those do but they don't sound like Fatigue analysis.

Frequency Case I believe only gives you the natural frequency. Very cool but that's not fatigue analysis.

Is there some module or license I need?
Is fatigue analysis only available in some other Dassault product, like Abaqus?

I’m afraid that it’s not possible to perform fatigue analysis using CATIA. All these study types that you’ve mentioned refer to something else. You can only try exporting results from regular static analysis and postprocessing them to obtain fatigue life using another program. For low cycle fatigue Abaqus has special direct cyclic approach. Results from static analysis in Abaqus can also be imported to fe-safe which is Dassault Systemes’ software specialized in fatigue analyses.
