Fatigue analysis ASME VIII div2 '07

I'm working with an ASME VIII div1 '07 pressure vessel where fatigue analysis is required for combined thermal and pressure cycles.
It's in my intentions to use the COSMOS program to perform this calculation.
Meanwhile I'm trying to learn what part 5 of ASME VIII div2 '07 tells about it. Can anyone suggest me if it's possible to find somewhere good numerical examples and bibliography for this kind of calculations?
