Fastener Loads due to Shear flow

I have a question on using Nxx, Nxy and Nyy to determine loads in fasteners that are in a biaxial environment.

I'm looking for a public reference for this. The northrop manual has it, but just would like to know if anyone has a text book reference or publication that has this.
