Fastener auto constraint 1

Hi!
How make auto constrant for fastener? I create own fastener, but when i move part in assembly hole also moved, but fastener remains in start place.

Add your fastener to the assembly.
Constrain it as it should be constrained. ( typically centerline -centerline and underside of screw head to corresponding face.)
Then find the command "Remembered constraints".
select the fastener and ( only) the constraint you want to use the next time you add the fasstener.
Save the fastener.
The next time you add this fastener, it will prompt for centerline and face of component to be placed upon.
