Farris Packed Lever Modification

I am looking for info on a Machined Plug (hopefully OEM) to insert in a Farris Packed Lever Cap in place of the Packed Lever to convert it to Plain Cap. I have seen them in the Field, but current Farris Contacts do not have information. Any information would be appreciated.

Have you looked into a pipe plug or something of that sort. All Farris rep's should have some acknowledgment of the needed plug, their considered a "bolted cap" design and can be noted in the model number break down.
I have used these designs quite often.
