have you called them to ask yet?
I'm sure it will not be free, but they do have all kinds of manuals for the various controls they build.
However, if you want schematics and related for the controls, I doubt they have it.

Fanuc electrical maintenance manuals have all the wiring diagrams & flow charts etc. And replacement manuals are available.
