All criteria shown has some purpose, depending on circumstances, otherwise they wouldn't be shown.
You have to have in mind the whole system, use of backdraft dampers, type of outdoor outlet, available space for installation.
IP protection spec have to satisfy bathroom requirements, but it's to be assumed that all presented are specified for bathroom installation. If they are in-line fans, though, that does not mean all can be installed in wet areas (wall fans almost always can if they are specified for bathrooms). You have to check installation manuals.
Other than that, noise criteria should be among the most important for luxury residences. What your table shows is likely noise through casing, but inlet and outlet noise have to be checked as well - depending on position of your fan relative to occupied spaces.
As this manufacturer offers pile of alternatives, it would not hurt to call their rep and discuss your specific case, asking for their recommendation.

How did you come to this conclusion? The title is "fan criteria ..." and is not begging for solution although non of both is answered except very good explain by dtazen and thanks him/her. I meant to get other person ideas and guidelines. I know how can I get my job done or whether I need hire someone or not. It's interesting that unlike most people that helping here and devotes their time to explain and guide others, there are few that trying to patrol and act as a police!!!

The site policies that you frequently refer to also state "Members are expected to: Help other members".
The majority of your replies do not comply with this policy.
Since you can't control others adherence to policy perhaps you should consider focusing your effort on your own compliance.
