failure indices for Tsai Wu criterion

Dear all,
I want to find the failure indices using the Tsai-Wu criterion. I found out that with my version of Patran that is not supported(I have 2000.0 version). However I found in the Solutions Web site of Patrans technical support, a DMAP ALTERS that computes the indices. However, I put the DMAP ALTERS in the executive control stction of the input file, but I am not getting any result. What am I doing wrong?
