Just a couple of hours ago I experienced something that I have never run across before. Everything that I open and try to save it gives me the "failed to save" message.
I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem recently and if there is any solution.
I am now uninstalling and reinstalling SW on my machine to see if it will cure the problem.

Any help would be appreciated! This problem is preventing alot of work from being done within the design department.

Thanks -

Do a search here with "failed to save". It has been discussed before.

One possilbe cause for the error might be that you have no avaible space to save it to. We had that problem a while back. We have not seen that error since cleaning our temp directory and doing some basic computer maintenance to free up some space.

Scott has a good FAQ on how to clean the temp directory.
You could do search for it if you don't know how to do it already.

Thanks for the info. After further exploration yesterday, I found that our server has reached it's capacity on the hard drive. Time to do some spring cleaning I guess.
