Factory Witness Tests - Power Transformer - What Tests? 9

I'm looking for opinions on what tests are most important to actually witness during factory testing of power transformers if there are time constraints I'd assume the dielectric tests are the most critical, but how would you rank:

no-load and load loss tests
temperature rise test
turns ratio
resistances

Could you please advise, where I can find some good reference on Phase displacment test. I want to find out if the Primary is leading or lagging the secondary,

I agree with DRC except I would add testing the oil for gasses before and after all tests. Also Radio noise test
is helpful
