I prefer using headed anchor bolts, but it seems that most vendors carry F1554 Gr 36 as hooked rods only. Does anyone know of a vendor in the Southeast that carries a good stock of F1554 headed anchor bolts? (I am trying to get away from A307 bolts, because too often the bolts are provided with a threaded length shorter than I would like for use with leveling nuts).

I don't know that F1554 bolts come headed. The typical thing to do is to specify a washer and nut at the end to create the bearing surface. You can calculate what size you need for the dimensions of the washer and the figure the thickness.

The ASTM F1554 specification does cover a headed condition however as UcfSE pointed out it is typical to just use threaded F1554 (more commonly available) with a nut tacked to the end of it (and a washer if required to help pullout resistance).
