No way, if you are a civil student, take the civil afternoon portion, there is only general morning. Honestly, the test isnt that hard... but, you need to review pretty much any class that you have taken that you feel is engineering related. The afternoon general would be very hard for a civil student with no mechanical classes.
if you want, get the FE review manual mentioned above, i got it and the practice tests help...with knowledge and learning the pace you need to keep.
I highly agree/recommend getting the 'reference book' ahead of time and reviewing it..knowing where certain information is. I was the only person in my class to have used it before we took the test and seemed to be the only one not confused by the layout of it...
