Extruding Polymer over Metal Coil

Looking for a polymer to extrude over a metal coil. Material must be gamma sterilizable to 90 kGy, Coil is approximately 10 ft. long and 0.1 in. in diameter. Material must be low cost.

Try thermoplastic Polyurethane, for example Desmopan from Bayer. They have medical grades with may be irradiated.
