I have an extruded part that is a square shape, then 10" long. I need to cut a shape in the top for 8.75" parallel to bottom then change the cut to an angle of 15 deg with the base and keep the cut sketch perpendicular to the base for 1.25". I have no problem up until the last 1.25".

Not sure what you mean about keeping sketch perpendicular coupled with 15deg angle change - the two are potentially exclusive ideas. Take a look and let me know if this is right idea...

Use a lofted cut.

sorry, new user issue - the .jpg didn't seem to take. here is the surface cut version.

Is the model you posted correct, or do you still have a problem?

How is the form to be 'cut' in real life?
Will there really be a 'sharp' intersecting edge?

Thanks to All. I was able to get the 15 deg laedin by using the same cut template and putting it on the 15 deg Plane I added. By adjusting the cut template up and down on the Sketch I was able to get it to cut back to the 1.25" dimension.
Again, thanks to all.
