Extrude Offset in NX9 3

Hi,

Extrude in NX9 does not have the Offset option.............
Could somebody tell me why?

When you open the Extrude dialog, select the little 'Gear' icon in the upper left corner of the dialog and then select the 'Extrude (More)' option.
