Extrude Facet Body

I've got a scan of a firewall which is now a facet body, and I need it turned into a solid body. The function "Extrude Facet Body" should be exactly what I need but when I use it nothing happens, I don't get any errors either. How can I make this function work properly?
I'm using NX9.
