extrude cut at angle

A newbie ? I must be missing something trying to understand how to do this,
I created a plane at the correct angle, also created a path per the angle, and
thats about as far as I have got. Just cant get this cut to be at a angle. If
someone can take a look at this file and offer suggestions, would be very
