extract Matrices from SOL 103

Hi everyone,

I need help

1) punch damping matrix
2) For Ground Vibration Test, I need to apply excitation force to the wing. How to model excitation force in Patran/Nastran?
3) how to get Mass matrix from modal analysis, I can get unit mass matrix, I need a mass for each mode for given plate.

4) Need to generate IRF( impulse response matrix), any idea from Nastran?
