I created a part that used external references in an assembly to draw the sketch. I then locked the external references in order to move the assembly and make sure everything fit correctly. I went back to modify the externally referenced sketch while still locked. During the editing I deleted the relations and applied dimensions. Now the part is still locked and will not let me unlock the external references and I can't make new references. How can I unlock the external references. I am using SW2000.
