Express Tools does not contain the Flatten command.

In my Autocad 2008 I have the Express Tools menu but the Flatten command is not there. How do I download and install it?

Are you sure other express tools are working? You could try reinstalling them from the install DVD.

Maybe a Windows 8 problem, like discussed here-

Have you tried to type "Flatten" on the command line?
