Exporting part annotations with STEP ASM

Im trying to export a .stp assembly and maintain the
annotations that have been added to the part files. I am
using the step export configuration ap203_e2 so my part
annotations do carry over to the step file if i export the
part only. Do i need a different config or have i missed
something somewhere?

How did you get annotations to show up in your STP file?
I can't seem to get that far...
