Is there an easier way to export Solidworks parts and assemblies from Windchill other than using packages? It seems to be a very long and drawn out process to get the files sent to a vendor?

Thanks in advance.

I also use package for doing export and this is time consuming but reliable way.May be some other way u can find but I suggest the way which is global and u r doing.

We figured out that if you go to the WTPart and use the export command in the Actions menu, it will start the export utility. The trick here is to put.zip at the end of the filename you want to call it and select the export of all associated documents. In the end, it exports all models, drawings and documents that have any association with the WTPart and all parts in the structure, all in to one zip file.
