One way you can do it is to do a screen shot and then edit it with a paint program. Here is a step by step procedure to follow. You may already know how to do most of these things, but I just wanted to make it easier to follow.
First get the view you want in your ACAD window
Then press ctrl-shift-printscreen
This will make an image of your entire screen pasted to the clipboard.
Next open MSPAINT and paste (ctrl-v) the image. It will probably tell you that the image in the clipboard is larger than the bitmap. Select yes to enlarge it. Now you should have a bitmap of your entire screen.
Next, still in PAINT, select the little dashed rectangle and draw a window around the specific part you want to use and do a copy (ctrl-c)
Start a new image and paste this one into it.
Now you should have just the image you want.
Next you need to invert the colors in the image (unless your background is already white, then you dont need to)
After doing this you can change it to black and white under the image, attributes selection.
Now you should have a nice black and white image that you can save and then insert it into word.
