To extract any text - Attribute-nestedblock-text from Acad to Excel:

Unfortunately the reverse function - from excel to replace text in autocad - is not free.

Hi:
You should try Stand-alone CAD extraction tool with lots of capabilities. Also, tt can work both ways, which I think is what you're looking for (data extraction to Excel and Excel to ACAD).
