I like to use this command to print my PDF files because for me it is quicker than use an external PDF printer. But I would like to set by default to print all sheets instead of select them manually. Is that posible?

do you mean all sheets in the one file? If so that is possible

Yes, all sheets un the same file. It is easy to do by selecting them manually but i would like to set this Commander to select all sheets by default avoiding some clicks and posible mistakes

I have not seen the option to set this default. But yes, I think that it would be a nice to set this default instead of having to select all sheets, every time.

Regards,
Tomas

After going to "Print" (CTRL+P) - use CTRL+MB1 and select all sheets you wanna export to (one single) PDF - just as you manually select files in Windows Explorer.

Hello Yevgeny,

Yes, that is the way I am doing it now. I know it is not difficult to do, but it would be very handy if you can select all sheets by default (saving clicks and avoiding mistakes). In others softwares it can be done that way.

I hope that you use the File - export - Pdf rather than the file -print - pdf-queue-something.
The export - pdf has a higher quality.
The Print is based on a screendump and the scale is therefore not 100% reliable.

Regards,
Tomas

Yes, I use export PDF. By "thats the way I am doing it now" I meant the same process but in the export PDF command. Anyway thank you for the advice and info.

If you search this site for "export pdf journal", there are several journals available to export all the drawing sheets to a single pdf file in one shot.
