By exporting NX fonts, I assume that you mean you would be export the text font, such as 'BLOCKFONT' to Windows. Is that correct?
Sorry, there is no practical way to do that as the NX font file format is proprietary to NX. Windows Fonts are generally in TrueType or OpenType format. NX fonts are neither.

Yes, that's a problem. Virtually all TrueType and OpenType fonts are created as so-called 'filled-fonts' but then that's the way ther're designed.
Now there are some TrueType fonts which are very close to being a single line as well as some which might also work well for engraving, such as the Gulim and GulimChe fonts.
Another very thin TrueType font is Segoe UI Light, but that absolute thinest, making it virtually a single-line font, is RomanS.
