Hi,

Is it possible to export [M]- and [K]-matrices for a model from I-deas? How?

Thanks in advance

mrWint,

In ANSYS one can write stiffness matrices. And actually under graphic menu called 'Analysis options', one can pick a ' Partial solution'. Then one is given the option to pick the type of partial soulution and writing the 'Stiffness matrix' is one of the options. I wonder if there is something similar in Ideas.

Thanks,
Gurmeet
