Export Human model

Hey

I have a problem with exporting a human model. I want to do some aerodynamic simulation on an bicycle(and human) with autodesk flow design. But when I import my file, my bicycle is displayed but not the human. I know a human is a polygonal model so I tried to save it as STL but then he displays only a few pieces of my human and also of my bicycle.
Does anyone has an idea what the problem may be and have a solution?
