export complex deformed geometry from workbench 14.5

Dear all,
I am using workbench 14.5 to export deformed shape after analysis result. I can get iges/stl for simple bar problem, but I want deformed shape for complex geometry. I don't know and I am new for that. suggest some guidelines....
