Export both surface and solid mesh

Hello,
I need to export a mesh from a step file using Patran. The problem is that i need both the domain elements (CTETRA4) and the boundary elements (CTRIA3) :
This is the kind of file that I need :

It would be great if i could get the numbers of the solid/faces in the bdf file.
I dont need anything else than the geometry.
I precise that I am a beginner (started Patran yesterday)
