Do they get some kind of subsidy to call themselves I biofuel plant?

Animal bedding and pellet fuel? I never thought about using my old hamster bedding in my pellet smoker..

Wonder if this will ever be rebuilt in California, due to all the regulations and compliance requirements to rebuild?

 Garbage1 - the factory is in Fremont, Nebraska. KETV is from Omaha. No California connection.
