This is effectively the same as the results (plots) generated by accelerating rate calorimetry (ARC). In ARC test, chemicals are combined and heated to see if they start to react. The resulting plot show the "exothermisity", if/when they react or decompose. This type testing is widely used to determine the reactivity of various mixtures, or the decomposition temperature of individual components. It reveals the degree of the exothermic (or endothermic) reaction, which is useful for safe handling and processing of those substances. It's also used to properly size relief devices for reactive mixtures.
There's lots of published data showing such reactivity testing results. Often though, one needs to have a lab do specific testing on the specific mixture, or range of mixtures, which are being handled in one's process equipment.
