Excitation loss. & Trip turbine solar

We have 2 solar turbine generator with 3.8Mw & having problems with alarm " excitation loss".

Normally if we start then running normal but if we reset VFD and voltage fluctuations conditions turbine trip under " excitation loss".we take IR-19OHMS, Replacement CGCM Done.

If anyone can help.
