Excessive Distortion in Press Hardening Simulation

Hello,

I am trying to simulate press hardening. However, despite what I have tried, I continue to get the warning that my sheet is distorting excessively. I have tried:

• Refining the mesh in contact areas
• Using adaptive meshing
• double-checking the material problems
• changing the load
• changing the die speed
• decreasing step time
• increasing maximum number of steps

I am now trying to run the simulation in Explicit instead of Implicit. However, could anyone please take a look at the .msg file (for implicit) and suggest what else I could try? Much appreciated
