Exceptions from Pipe Cleaning/Pickling in Process Plant Development

Hello all:

First post. I need help determining which lines are excluded from cleaning/pickling processes. The plant is mineral processing so it's mostly dirty water flowing around. My project is over 1400 lines, flushing all of them would be an insanely costly overkill.

Please help.
