excel to autocad

is it possible to have xyz coordinates for a block controlled by an excel chart. Ie. I have a room w/ tables chairs etc. and instead of constantly rearranging each one I would just change the xyz in an excel sheet and update. I'm using MDT 2005.

It is possible. Are you familiar with VBA or LISP?
