If one manufacturer orders a welded part for a Section 8 pressure vessel from another manufacturer and the "part" manufacturer has certified the part for -20 degrees F and has established a max pressure and max temp, when it possible to use the part below -20 deg. F? Can you direct me to a paragraph in the Section 8 Code?
