Where can I buy the Eurocode and/or is there something that compares it with what we use? Currently in need of the parts of the code relating to structural steel design.

The Eurocodes are model codes for Europe. Each country would publish their own version of the codes in their official language(s) with their own national annexes. The British Standards Institute, publishes the english language version specific to Britain. For steel you'll be looking for Eurocode 3 components. Some may not have been published yet but the basic stuff should be available.

Who is 'we'? You are communicating with an international audience.

I assume she is US.

Shytrigirl, I doubt you will find anywhere that does a direct comparison of the whole code this is a complicated task that probably isnt useful to very many people.

One way you could compare designs for specific circumstances would be to get a eurocode package for your analysis software, but this still would not really cover all the appendices of a design code comparison.

Why do you need to compare the two?
